Liege the City rises up again
Liege is the capital city of Wallonia, a part of Belgium where French is spoken. Not so far away in time Liege was a City of decline. But now has become a City of new strength. I was here several times. This time I was here to get some photos from the Main Station. But nevertheless I visited also the center of the city. The city has an old morbid charm, with commendable restaurants, little amazing shops and many other interesting photo spots. Let me show you some photos to give you an impression:
The Main Station Liege Guillemins
This time I was here for a photo session of the Main Station Liege Guillemins. It is a very interesting building designed by the famous architect Santiago Calatrava. This Station delivers extraordinary sights. I tried to get some of them with my camera:
